ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Nearly 200 streetlights in Deep Ellum carry the work of artists on banners that celebrate the Cultural District by reflecting the history, community, and creative spirit of the area. New banner cycles are featured two to three times per year. This next round invites artists to help tell a global story through the theme International Culture Showcase.

This call is for portfolio review and a concept statement only. Selected artists will be commissioned to create a series of banner designs representing World Cup participating countries.
