Each year, DEF provides improvements, maintenance, security and marketing services as well as much more in accordance with a service plan (shown here) adopted by the Dallas City Council. The Deep Ellum Foundation Board oversees the service plan budget sourced from an assessment rate of $0.12 per $100 of appraised value. The Board meets every second Tuesday of the month at 9:00 am at the Deep Ellum Community Center (2528 Elm Street, Suite A).  Learn more about the Deep Ellum PID and our efforts by perusing this site or contacting our Executive Director.
